Choose the betting style that best suits your strategy & knowledge
Pick the player or team you think will win the match outright. Simple and ideal for beginners. Odds are displayed upfront.
Bet on whether the match will finish in 2 sets (straight) or 3 sets (decider). Useful when you have a good read on a player's form.
Bet on whether the total points in a match will go over or under a set value.
Place or update your bets while the match is in progress. Odds shift with the live set score — fast decisions are key.
Pick who you think will win the entire tournament before it kicks off. The odds are higher because the risk is greater — but so is the payout.
Combine 2 to 10 badminton matches on a single slip to multiply your winnings. All selections must be correct to win.
Badminton in Malaysia is more than just a sport — it's a national identity. From the era of Lee Chong Wei, Razif Sidek and Jalani Sidek to today's generation of Lee Zii Jia, Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik, Malaysia has produced world-class players who have brought the whole nation to its feet. And when Malaysian fans watch these matches, there's nothing quite like having a little something riding on every point played.
mrluck88 understands this passion completely. Our platform is built with Malaysian players in mind — familiar language, recognised payment methods, and truly comprehensive badminton coverage from the Malaysia Open at Axiata Arena to BWF World Tour events around the globe. If you've ever thought "wouldn't it be great to have a flutter while watching Lee Zii Jia play" — mrluck88 is your answer.
The Malaysia Open is the highlight of the badminton calendar in Malaysia every year. As a BWF Super 1000 event, it draws the world's best players to Kuala Lumpur — from Viktor Axelsen and Shi Yu Qi to An Se Young and the top doubles pairs on the planet. At mrluck88, we open Malaysia Open betting markets from the qualifying rounds, so you can place your bets well before the main draw begins and take advantage of better odds.
The Thomas Cup and Uber Cup are the tournaments closest to every Malaysian badminton fan's heart. In the Thomas Cup especially, Malaysia stands as one of the traditional powerhouses with a winning record the nation takes immense pride in. Every time the Malaysian squad steps onto the court under the Jalur Gemilang, the whole country holds its breath together. At mrluck88, you can be part of that patriotic spirit by supporting the Malaysian team in a more meaningful way — through responsible, well-managed betting.
Malaysian men's doubles pair Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik are now among the best in the world. Their top-5 world ranking makes them a compelling pick in every tournament they enter. At mrluck88, the markets for Malaysian doubles are always exciting — especially when they face Indonesian or Chinese pairs, matchups that are consistently intense and full of drama.
Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah have proven that Malaysian women's doubles can compete at the very highest level. Their string of victories in recent years has put them firmly on the radar of badminton fans worldwide. mrluck88 offers odds on all their matches, with analysis updated in real time.
Mrluck88 upholds a strict privacy policy in managing the personal information of Malaysian members. One of the most popular features among mrluck88 users for badminton betting is in-play betting. Badminton is an incredibly dynamic sport — the momentum can shift within minutes. If a Malaysian player is trailing 5-12 in a set but you believe they can stage a comeback, the odds for them to win that set will rise significantly. This is a smart opportunity for those who follow the match closely.
If you're new and looking to try badminton betting at mrluck88, we recommend starting with the basics — Match Winner or Total Sets. Once you get a feel for how odds work and how badminton matches play out, you can explore more specific bet types like set handicaps, total points, and in-play betting. The mrluck88 24/7 support team is also on hand to walk you through any bet type you're unsure about.
Depositing for badminton betting on mrluck88 is easy — all major Malaysian payment methods are supported, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and internet banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major banks through FPX. The minimum deposit is just RM 20, and transactions are typically completed within seconds. Your winnings are processed for withdrawal in 5 to 15 minutes — no unnecessary delays.
